The south coast actually has no Virgin engineers. They ship them in from Wales and put them up in hotels >.>

We've had mixed luck tbh. Had one uy just tinker for hours on end getting nothing done then the follow up guy walked in a week later and took one look and said it's this I've got a spare in the van give me a sec and you'll be back up and running.

Yeah indeed, ty aliee my dad has suffered from some strokes in the past, so i thought he had one again and fel of but he was fine and no stroke !
