American's where scheduled for 24hours.
we only had the normale things extended, i wouldnot be surprised if they start @ 20:00 en that they will reboot it allot while we try to play

A bunch of incompetents they are... Seriously, how hard is to plan some HW upgrades or even software ones? All these extends makes me think they fail with it and do lots of "oh shit, quick, disaster recovery"
