to be honest weaving was already done it's just it was the other way around you hot and then direct not that I really pay that much attention to that admittedly but still. Hopeing it effects hots alreay on target.

Im already using direct heals (healing touch) instead of hot's. Overtime, Its more mana efficient for my spec and gear. It also helps my Nature's Swiftness cooldown.

I think that just means you'll have to weave your healing spells between direct and HoTs. I could imagine it's a "nerf" for raid healing in 25s, forcing druid to use direct heals and not just spam HoTs
