Well. Yeah. With less than 10 people things would likely start breaking. So I see why. But there is no real reason to help 25man guilds. They could always just do 10 mans.

Yep confirmed doesn't scale down beyond 10 due to mechanics not really working supposedly so yet another thing a 25 man guild has above a 10 except organisation requirements -.-

Still it can be a good move though , but i have the feeling a little bit to late, these kind of huge impacts should be from a exp launch not near end
